Our Design Day service is a way for clients to work with an interior designer in a smaller capacity for furniture design. This service is perfect for clients who want a quick turn around time for design plans for one full room or design advice for finishing up or updating 1-2 rooms. Your designer will work with you to get everything you need to then execute the design at your own pace.

The ideal design day client:

Is willing to purchase and manage install/delivery of items independently

Plans to DIY any construction/remodel or coordinate independently with trades

Buy furniture over time to complete the space at their own pace

May have a lower budget, but wants a stunning design plan they can implement on their own either with exact items, or use the designs as inspiration for similar items

Design Day Process:

-Client Homework

-In person or virtual design day (1-2 hours in the home for space planning, review of existing furniture pieces or any samples/swatches client is currently deciding on)

-Creation of design boards with purchase list and floor plan detailing furniture layout

-2 week support phase for any questions regarding design implementation

-Project Wrap-Up Call

The price for a Design Day is $1,050, with an ideal minimum furniture budget of $10,000 per room. For larger projects with multiple rooms, additional Design Days may be purchased.

Design Day is offered to both in person and virtual clients. For local clients, a styling package can be added on once project is completed. Prices vary based on scope of project.

Building a new home and looking for help with the hundreds of decisions to be made? Either sourcing online, or through local showrooms and reps, we will assist you in every selection to be made, but it doesn't end there! In addition, you will receive schedules and documents outlining all of the materials and finishes for your builder and tradesmen.

Our New Construction Service includes:

-Review of floorplans/elevations

-Sourcing for materials, fixtures, and finishes including lighting, plumbing, paint and specialty finishes, cabinetry, trim work, hardware, and exterior design elements.

-Design presentation, revisions, and approval

-Construction documentation for design implementation

-Scheduled site visits

Pricing starts at $3/sq ft. Revisions billed hourly at $125/hr.
